All Family Medicine residents at St. Agnes are expected to actively participate in the annual Research Day, alongside their peers from Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Transitional Year programs. This collaborative event showcases the diverse scholarly activities conducted within the residency programs, fostering an environment of shared learning and academic excellence.

Residents are required to contribute by preparing and presenting posters, which will be evaluated across several categories. These categories include Case Reports , where residents share unique or particularly instructive cases; Original Research Studies, which highlight novel investigations or findings within the field of medicine; and Quality Improvement Projects, aimed at enhancing patient care and clinical processes.
